Always have an amazing experience here with the staff. I have yet to run into someone not super friendly and helpful. Also knowledgeable about the product they are selling. Prices are pretty good too!

Everyone here is friendly and chill. If you have a question, the staff are happy to help. Can’t see myself going anywhere else as long as this place is around. Good deals too.

I have been coming to Windy City cannabis for over 4 and 1/2 years now and the service has been excellent and today one of the bartenders named red really helped me out and the manager t and Tina and the entire staff is wonderful and they've served me well and they've helped me out. Unfortunately, picking zero Stars was not available. That is truly what they deserve . The company allowed me to be assaulted in their foyer while an employee and the "security guard" stayed safe behind the glass the whole time. They have on more than one occasion served recreational patrons ahead of me and then attempted to defend their actions instead of fixing the issues the complete disregard and disrespect ended today for me with jen from corporate conducting herself like a child with zero customer service skills I strongly recommend steering clear of this circus

I'm Always greeted with tact and professional. Thanks for your service (For a fee), but lighten Up, if you will, with respect. I think that Some of You seem a bit uptight and at times scripted. Relax, Be Happy.
